• All content at Writing-Resource and our Sub Domain sites is Copyright writing-resource.com with the following exceptions:

1. Authors submitting written content to Tell Your Story can (and are advised to) have their own content covered by their copyright. Tell Your Story publishes this content at the copyright owner’s request, after checking that the content is covered by our Terms and Conditions.
2. Articles and advertisements posted and/or linked to on Writing-Resource and our sub domain sites (including our site available for our writing students) have their own terms and conditions for which Writing-Resource is not responsible.

• Writing-Resource Copyright Terms are as follows:

1. All posts, articles and information published on this site (including those accessed via email and RSS feeds) and our sub-domain sites (with the exception of #1 and 2 above) are Copyright Writing-Resource. They May Not Be Used Without Permission from the owners of Writing-Resource.
2. All Tutorials posted at our teaching site Writing Skills are Copyright writing-resource.com. They are part of our teaching package and can only be used by students of Writing Skills. These articles and tutorials ARE NOT TO BE PUBLISHED BY ANYONE EXCEPT THE OWNERS OF WRITING-RESOURCE. Students of Writing Skills can download the tutorials for their own personal use and to discuss (but not publish) on our student forum. But STUDENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED TO REPUBLISH THESE TUTORIALS EITHER IN WRITING OR ON THE INTERNET. This ruling also applies to anyone else who finds these tutorials and articles and applies to publication for profit or personal use.

• Writing-Resource and our subdomain sites provide tutorials and guidance to help you improve your ability to produce good, saleable written text. We also provide written content for those who prefer someone else to do the writing for them. We are not responsible in any way for the success or failure of your work having used our resources.

• Writing-Resource and our subdomain sites provide a Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the Privacy Policies (or lack of them) of other sites and resources linked to.

• Writing-Resource and our subdomain sites adhere to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. §2257 or any similar statute, law, code, or regulation of any country, province, or jurisdiction worldwide and we expect everyone posting here or using our resources to comply also. However, the owners of Writing-Resource are not responsible for the activities of those posting here or linking to us. Nevertheless, anyone discovered to be promoting illegal activities of any kind will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• In order to provide a full service for all legal users, Writing-Resource will, at times, post content of an adult nature or link to sites containing content of an adult nature. Most of this type of content will be posted on our adult teaching and adult written content sites, but anyone using our services must be fully aware that they may be exposed to content of this nature. Therefore, the use of any services provided by Writing-Resource and our subdomain sites is subject to an ‘adults only’ policy. USERS AND READERS OF OUR SITES MUST BE OVER EIGHTEEN (18) OR OVER THE LEGAL AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR COUNTRY OR STATE.

• Writing-Resource is a commercial operation and readers of our articles need to be fully aware of this. We will post articles which are free to use and discuss and link to. We also provide a free service for writers on our Tell Your Story site, but much of our work here will be subject to charge. We also provide banners, links and articles to sites which we are affilates of. Because of this policy, no one under the age of majority in their country or state should be using this site.

• Writing-Resource and our subdomain sites do not advertise or condone advertisement by mass email:

1. We offer an email address for you to contact us regarding written content and writing skills tutorials. However, we will not contact you first. If you make a comment on our pages, we will only respond on the contacts part of this site. We will not contact you by email unless you request us to do so. When we send you a requested email, we will expect you to reply, confirming to us that you wish to receive emails from us or prefer not to. Unless we receive this reply, we will not contact you again. You can opt out of receiving emails from us at any time, just by letting us know.
2. Any students or affiliates of Writing-Resource and Writing Skills must not advertise any of our services via mass emailing or any other form of spam (including posting our links to forums without our express permission). Anyone found doing so will have their contract terminated immediately and will not be refunded for resources as yet unused or payments not yet made. Students discovered using spam to advertise Writing-Resource services will have their access passwords deleted from our system.

• The team at Writing-Resource do our utmost to provide a member of the team online 24/7 to answer your queries, either by email request or messenger services. However, sometimes as a result of internet problems or personal committments, we will not be available immediately. If this occurs, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

• Writing-Resource will soon be providing a forum for general discussion on writing online and this is open to all.  Members of the Writing-Resource team will do our best to be available on the forum to answer queries. We also encourage other members to answer posts and submit threads. However, Writing-Resource is not responsible for the effectiveness of information given and received on the forum.

• Writing-Resource retains the right to change or update our Terms of Service at any time and expects members and affiliates to check this page regularly.
